Beauie Shaw first stepped into the Magic Moments Youth Leadership and Business Summit in 2012 as a shy, self-conscious teen who often conformed to those around them. Sponsored by Bendigo Bank Wantirna, Beauie entered the experience with no clear expectations, just a plan to stay within their comfort zone.
What followed was a week that shifted everything. Beauie describes their first Summit as empowering and liberating, an experience that offered not only immense fun but also the tools to begin writing their own story and shaping their future on their own terms. It was here that they formed lifelong friendships and discovered a community where they could be fully themselves.
Since that first year, the transformation has been profound. Magic Moments ignited a strong sense of self-leadership, goal-setting, and above all, the confidence to live and lead authentically. Each return to the Summit has been driven by a desire to pay it forward, to share the life-changing lessons and joy they once received with the next generation of leaders.
